Born 4th June 1986 in the conference town of Harrogate, this is where I have spent most of my life and education. However in august 2002 home moved a few thousand miles south to Sotogrande, San Roque in southern spain when my parents moved abroad.

This was a fantastc opportunity for me, studying as a boarder at Ashville College in Harrogate whilst having a home abroad opened my eyes to a brand new culture and way of life.

I have had a long journey to get to where I am today and have worked hard to realise my ambition. Bartender, Chef and Driving range attendant of all things are a few of the vocations that have helped along the way.

However whilst being more than pleased with my progress, it is not here I want to be. The future holds so much more.

I had various setbacks over the past few years; however I did not let these hold me back and decided to take a change of direction.

I had an interest in web design and I decided to look for a summerschool to further my knowledge; little did I know this was to set the foundations for something bigger.

I spotted a short course in Flash at Harrogate College. By the end of the week I had applied, prepared a portfolio, seated an interview and enrolled on an ND New Media course.

Although it was challenging to begin with, I have really enjoyed the course so far and am more than glad I took it on, and even more pleased that I have found my “niche”.

Connive Design has become my label, brand, mark, and artistic identity.
